We can guarantee our quality because we are cutting out a lot of middle men. We control the fabric production, tailoring and shipping ourselves.

Where are your custom-made garments tailored?.

Our tailoring company is based in Serbia, employing only the best and experienced tailors.

Where do the fabrics come from?

Historically the leading country in fabric production has always been the United States. We hand pick the best fabrics for our customers.

Why do you not offer customer service via phone?

In order to keep our prices competitive we only provide support via email. Not to worry, customer service is still our no.1 priority.

How long does it take before I get a reply from Customer Service.

We strive to resolve all our questions within 48 hours. Usually will get a reply from Customer Service within a couple of hours.

What about import taxes?

Because of our low pricing there are normally no import taxes. But to be sure you have to check the tax agency of the receiving country. We do not reimburse import taxes.

How long does the delivery take?

We mostly deliver within 2 weeks. Our competitors take 6 to 10 weeks. So this is super fast for tailor made garments

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within the EU. But we will be shipping worldwide soon. Very soon.

What kind of payment methods do you support?

We support all major credit cards, Ideal and Paypal.

Are there any delivery costs?

No, all our deliveries are free.

I just placed an order but I want to change some details. What do I do?

Please contact us within 6 hours after ordering with your order number and changes you want to make and we will be more than glad to help you.

How do I order with the same measurements?

Your measurements are saved on your profile so you can measure once and order as many times as you like.

I received a garment and it does not fit. What should I do?

Send us a picture of you wearing the shirt and your order number so we can see what to change on your next order.

I would like to make a return. What do I do?

If you find any mistakes on the fabric or you think something is not done properly please contact us on service@officialwhiteshirt.com. Please include a picture of the shirt.

I want to make a change to my order. But I already finished the order. What can I do?

Please send an email to service@officialwhiteshirt.com as soon as possible. If the order is not processed, we might be able to help you. We can't make any promises, because we process and ship orders quite fast .
